Helen Scully reviews Betty Superman...

...by Tiff Holland in 3:AM magazine.

"Clocking in at only 33 pages, Betty Superman should be relished the way Betty eats one of her ubiquitous candy bars, on a plate with a knife and fork, cut 'carefully into bites as if it were a steak,'" she says.

Two new reviews of They Could No Longer Contain Themselves...

...appear in the Lambda Literary Review and decomP. According to Terri Solomon in the former: "Flash fiction. Like lightning, it’s a brief illumination, the sky of your mind brightened with an image that, at its best, lingers after you’ve turned the page."

And according to Spencer Dew in the latter: "A biding of time—a starving out of childhood, a holding of one&rstquo;s breath through relationships—is, perhaps, the common resonance of these books."

You can read the two reviews here and here. Thanks, Terri and Spencer.
